Andrew's Foster Mom is coming to the US!

And I'm so excited for her. She's coming next week, for 2 different agency Benefits. From what I understand the foster mothers who are coming, are all from Eastern.

So, I've been busy this past week getting things together for her and for a short while very much tried to determine if we could somehow swing my going back to MN (with Andrew) to see her. But if you got thru the very long post under this one, you'll know he doesnt do real well whenever I try to have a conversation with someone, plus that's just a long trip and I dont want to set him back. Someone from Children's Home has offered to sit down with her however and ask her some questions re: his early days with her. But as I was looking back at his earliest reports (4 mo and 6 mo), in BOTH reports there was some mention of his fearfulness of others. I think it said in the 4 mo. that he cried when someone besides FM tried to hold him, and then in the 6 mo report, that he was "scared of strangers". I do chalk a lot of this up to his "sensitivity" issues.. A new/strange person is a change and he doesnt like it, and in a weird way it was good to see that, just to know that that's probably a part of who he is. Anyway, I did a nice book thru Shutterfly and another "one true media" DVD which I'll post below. I do hope we will visit Korea sometime soon and have a chance to meet Andrew's FM. She clearly loved him dearly and I hate that we havent had a chance to meet. Well here's the video montage connect:

Oh, he reminds me so much of a very special person in my life!

I too hope you get to Korea soon. How often do you plan to go back? I'm hoping to be able to go every 2 years until adoption(s) then after that probably every 3-4 years, as you know very different buying 1 ticket to 5 or 6!!
